About this project

About

I am a neurology resident (Assistenzärztin) passionate about the science behind dietary and lifestyle interventions in chronic neurological diseases. This project is my curated map of current evidence, mechanisms, and unanswered questions in ketogenic neurology.

The aim is to make the research readable for clinicians, researchers, patients, and curious families while preserving the boundary between education and individual medical care.

I collate current scientific evidence but do not provide individual medical advice.
